Warning!
I've added a Flemish Masters archive to the TLASILA web. Nandor (Nevai) and I got the fucker up and running in 1999; Weasel (Walter) joined a few months later. It metastasized horribly until NN's brain dribbled out from under him on a West Hollywood side street sometime in '02. (I think.) The link gives you the site as it was at the moment the clocks stopped. Nothing has been altered.

Flemish was, for a time, a lovely collaboration. Nandor's towering intellect, twisted though it was/is, demanded nothing less...
Two of the releases on which I was executive producer (Rev. Lester Knox of Tifton, Georgia and Xex) found a berth at The Smack Shire, the label I began with Gerard Klauder in 2003. Flemmas DNA is thus widely distributed.
NN originally wanted to name the imprint "Phlegmish Masters," but I talked him down from the tree. Flat/dry trumps comic-ironic every time.
Best,
Tom
"Cool times" might be glossing it a bit. They were crazed times, certainly. (Heavy manners, maaaan.) But, from chaos emerged... even more caustic loathing and mayhem. In the final analysis, we snuffed a fuckload o' brain cells.
Best,
TS
Yup, the "Phlegmish" handle was one of Nandor's less-striking Vlameese impulses; pity no caring representative was in West Hollywood to talk him out of the third Flemmas release!
Brutal prog, a witheringly inane codification if ever there was one, has been proven to impel only corpulent strip mall retail employees to take lengthy lunch breaks. It has no other aesthetic attribute.
But, agreed, the shooter receives posthumous kudos for the coiffage.
Yrz,
