Re KSV postage: we're holding 2012 prices at the 2010 rate, so Eurozone commies can expect to pay €8.49 for single discs and €11 for both double-disc recordings and single-disc DVD editions. Everyone else pays €11 and €14 respectively, due to shipping costs and the packaging rigmarole. If you've already sent yr hard-won geld prior to this alert, and you live outside of the EU, and you failed to adjust the rate owing to my forgetfulness, no sweat. I'll pick up the rest. Otherwise, normal rates apply.
