One very confused Canuck.
Instead of shouting the dude down, I blew him kisses. The audience dug our response, and proceeded to drag his drunk ass out of the club. A shame, really, 'cuz the commotion was priceless.
Free DVD copies, yes. The notes will be up to you. Ass shots at your discretion, but unless Misty's bottom is the target I'd advise against lingering near such dank redoubts.
