More Cultural Woe...

Below, find Russia's Vladimir Putin addressing the International Olympic Committee earlier today. If you've been paying attention to the news blogs or broadcast media, you'll know that the Black Sea resort of Sochi was chosen as the host city of the 2014 Winter Games. Not much of a stunner... What's far more striking is Mr. Putin's command of English. He rarely displays his fluency with our often daunting tongue, but it's apparent he didn't drift off to sleep in the language lab. Apart from a very few idiomatic scramblings, his address is flawless. Would that our pitiable Shitsack-in-Chief could mouth intelligible phrases in Английский язык, much less Russian...
