Basking at Baukasten...

Hello Again,

I'm writing from the venue (Baukasten) in Hannover; Pit and the crew here have displayed amazing hospitality. Their very tasty chili (vegan, natch) was the first really hot meal I've had all day, so perhaps the psychic frost I've not been able to shake will soon depart... Joke sits opposite, Sickboy is bouncing to an invisible rhythm to my right, and Herr Noack rolls a cigarette at 9 o'clock. The first group is doing their soundcheck, and all is well...

Wow, the experiential phenomenon that is TLASILA even includes the downtime. I can smell the tobacco being rolled and hear the errant blats and shouts of the soundcheck in the background. You just made my week with that little bit o' realist escapism.

Enjoy the shows and return home safely.
