Volker Zander at Pit's Salon...

Below, a few photos from this evening's gathering at Pit Noack's flat, on the occasion of the 24th and final performance in his long-running (and necessarily intimate) concert series. Earlier in the evening, Calexico's Volker Zander entertained us with three captivating contrabass pieces. It provided a fitting end to Herr N's exceptional project...

The last snap was taken in an imbus (takeaway joint) off Limmerstrasse soon after CP and I left the gathering...
