Ian Shirley: Record Collector Reviewer, Plagiarist Shitheel
Hi All,
Remember Ian Shirley, the scribe from Record Collector who drowsily panned TLASILA's recently released The Grief That Shrieked to Multiply, comparing its supposed longueurs to the horrors evoked by the film Event Horizon, albeit amplified, etc? Well, turns out he's a lazy fucking plagiarist too.
Check out the frame-grab (via iPhone) from Larry "Fuzz-O" Dolman's 2002 Blastitude review of To Live and Shave in L.A.'s The Wigmaker in Eighteenth-Century Williamsburg.
Busted!
Cheers to Nicolas Clair for the heads-up. Much obliged!
What can one say? Old Ian's just another in a long line of sleazy, indolent buffoons...
