The only cellular hotspot I've found in the small town in which my Mom lives seems to irregularly hover above the athletic field of the old high school. Logistical inconveniences aside, the only impediment to communication is the enfeebled nature of the signal itself. Can't post or text. Can kind of receive email. So, I get a lot of running done...
